Which Diet Should I Choose ?
Introduction
In this next section we are going to try and help you to choose which type of diet will best suit your needs, your body and your way of life.
We already have a huge choice of established diet regimes, yet it's almost impossible to open a newspaper or magazine without reading about a new, earth shattering diet that will melt away the pounds whilst allowing you to eat exactly what you currently do !
I suggest that we concentrate on those plans that have been proven successful by numbers of people. I'm not suggesting that we ignore the newer ideas, in fact the GI diet has some high profile followers such as the five times olympic champion rower, Steve Redgrave and it's been endorsed by the medical profession as being a diet that will have positive benefit for your heart. What I am suggesting is that we ignore the latest quirky, fad diet endorsed by a front page celebrity, that implores us to eat a totally unbalanced and potentially harmful menu.
